PCE provided Hydraulics Engineering Services for Marina Services Building at Shell Cove, NSW. Due to proximity to the shore, accuracy in the design of subfloor drainage design was crucial to prevent dampness or deterioration of building elements.
Our engagement in this project was but not limited to:
- Design of Subfloor Drainage System
- Stormwater Management System for the entire development site
- Stormwater Management System for roof top garden
- Providing “Issue for construction” sets of drawings for hydraulics design
