Micropile & Ground Anchor Design
Parramatta, NSW
Due to proximity of this iconic building to parramatta river and the depth of excavation being 10 levels below the ground floor, the lowest basement slab is subjected to extreme hydrostatic pressure.
PCE designed Micropile anchorage system to withstand such hydrostatic pressure.
Additionally, PCE successfully designed active ground anchors for lift shaft core to withstand uplift forces due to Ultimate Design Wind actions.
PCE remained as Supervising Engineer during construction of Micropile and ground anchor system.
We are proud to have our professional input in the design of this iconic building.
